(Brussels) Belgium is currently on high alert after pre-emptive raids
on a Islamist cell based in the Anderlecht area of Brussels whilst nabbing a
couple of terrorists, three Kalashnikov assault rifles, ammunition, detonators,
a riot gun and police uniforms, failed to catch all the gang members. Police now fear that these suspects who escaped and with
nowhere to go, will go out ‘Allah ackba’ style as the noose tightens around
them. Naturally as this is Belgium where EU law rules supreme, Police have
refused to identify these suspects.
In conjunction with the raids in Belgium, a raid was carried
out next door in France where one man was arrested.
