(Linz) A 54 year old Tunisian man is currently in court over the
horrific murders of an Elderly couple in Austria. Last Friday Mohammed H slit thethroat of an 85 year old woman and then stabbed and beat to death her 87 year
old Husband. Afterwards he set fire to their home , before handing himself into the Police.
On Mohammed’s arrest , he claimed he carried out the murders
because the couple son belonged to an Austrian far-right party. However further
checks have revealed that he has an Islamist background and that the Austrian
security services checked him out in 2015. The Austrian government now believes
that these are the first ISIS inspired murders in the country.
