Syria: Russian PGMs are crap

(Russia) After the Gulf War against Saddam, the world woke up to the fact that the West had really accurate weapons . Classed as Precision guided munitions (PGM) the west took note of what happened in 1991 and improved their missile targeting systems which is why in Iraq and Syria western collation forces are surgically removing terrorists with low collateral weapon systems like this:

The Russians are nowhere near as effective as the West when it comes to surgical strikes. Which is why they have tended to use Dumb bombs

But they do have PGMs, the problem is, they still have a lot of work to do. Here is a video of just how inaccurate the Russian air-force is at the moment.
