(Brussels) A man who attacked a couple of soldiers with a machete ,
whilst screaming ‘Allah Ackba’ has been killed in the centre of Brussels this
evening. According to state TV channel
RTBF, the jihadist was a 30 year old Somali male not known to the police.
data-lang="en">After he was stopped by couple of 5.56 rounds Allah ackba features was taken to a hospital, where he died due to his gunshot wounds . Authorities are treating this as an isolated incident and have not changed Belgium’s terror threat level, which is currently at level three, the second highest level, which indicates a “serious and real” threat, but not an imminent attack.
