(Barcelona) In yet has become a familiar story line across Europe. A white van has been driven onto a pavement and into crowds near the popular tourist area of Las Ramblas in the city. 13 people has been reported killed and 50 injured. The driver did a runner, leaving behind a Spanish passport with an Arabic name inside the van. It has now been reported that the brother of the driver of the van Moroccan (Driss Oukabir) who had barricaded himself inside a nearby Turkish restaurant has been arrested, Police are still searching for his 18 year old brother Moussa Oukabir, who is believed to have driven the van.
