(Paris) A 43 year old Armenian man failed in his attempt to kill last night, when safety barriers placed outside a mosque, stopped him from driving into the crowd of people outside. After repeatedly trying to break through the barrier, he
fled the scene after realizing he couldn't get through. He was later arrested
in his home.
Local media reported that the man had wanted to avenge
attacks carried out by "Islamic State" jihadist group, which over the
past years have killed dozens of people in the French capital.
