Fruits of Multiculturalism in Canada: Quebec Drivers Threatened "Convert [To Islam] or Else"

(Clarion Project) About a hundred cars were defaced in Quebec with stickers demanding residents convert to Islam immediately.

The stickers, which contained an image of an Islamic State fighter next to an ISIS flag, contained the message “Quebec is the land of Allah” and the threat “convert or else.”

“To me, it seems whoever did that was probably serious in their intentions," Etienne Blais, who received one of the stickers, told local news. "But I think it was a waste of time. There's no way something like that would work here."

Islamist groups in Canada have long been active. The Canada branch of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has long-established links with the Islamist terrorist group Hamas, the Muslim-Brotherhood affiliate that controls the Gaza Strip.

Canada is also the scene of a thriving anti-Islamist community, including groups such as the Council on Muslims Facing Tomorrow and the Muslim Canadian Congress who are building a counter-narrative to tackle radicalization and extremism from within the Muslim community.
