(Cairo) A day after gunmen opened up on a church killing 10 people, the Egyptian have followed up on their fight against terrorism by raiding a farm near the village of Atfih killing three leading members of a group that supervise the manufacturing of explosives and the
carrying out of terrorist operations in a shoot-out after they refused to come quietly.
The
Egypt's interior ministry has issued a statement on the raid:
"The farm was used as a base for plotting and
committing terrorist actions and for manufacturing explosives. A cache of
weapons and ammunition was seized,"
(Paris) Tariq Ramadan is courted across the liberal world as a
champion of Liberal Islam, yet whilst he is feted by these do-gooders, which is
why he is always seen cropping up on TV shows as the acceptable face of Islam.
However across in the Islamic world he is seen as persona
non grata in the following countries: Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya, and
Syria. He says this is due to him objecting to their human rights record, but
the fact remains the grandson of the founder of the Muslim brotherhood is seen
by many as a war leader", an
"islamist" and the "political heir of his grandfather",
Hassan al-Banna, That he is slippery. That he says one thing to his faithful
Muslim followers and something else entirely to his Western audience. Until
now, Ramadan has managed to keep his detractors at bay.
(Sinai) The hit and run terrorist campaign that came into being after the people demanded the Muslim Brotherhood led government be removed.-The Irony, for a bunch of religious bigots who will claim it is Gods will when anything bad transpires, couldn't bring themselves to substantiate their removal and instead took to the bullet and the bomb in which to get their old jobs back.- saw a bomb and gun attack on a checkpoint in the city of el-Arish using a garbage van filled with explosives but security forces killed the driver and succeeded in detonating the truck bomb, adding that the security forces killed five of the assailants.
Unfortunately for the security forces, after they killed the driver, around 20 terrorists opened fire on the checkpoint, killing 14 and injuring another 15.
(Cairo) In August 2013, the children of the head of Islam in Ireland (Hussein Halawa) decided to bugger off to the mother country - Egypt - in which to join the protests against the military government which had just kicked the Muslim Brotherhood out of power. Once there, there were fêted as royalty, which isn't strange, seeing as their father is Muslim Brotherhood royalty. Which is why they were allowed (well, the men at least) to preach to a crowd of Muslim Brotherhood supporters.
However, the Muslim Brotherhood and their thugs couldn't hold onto power and they retreated to those so called Islamic redoubts - the mosque - in which to hope that in their hour of need Allah would come to their salvation.
Caught up inside one such mosque were the Halawa siblings who claimed that they just happened to be on holiday in Egypt when the shit hit the fan, and as good Muslims they sought shelter inside the nearest mosque which was then attacked by the nasty evil Egyptian police. The thing is that their story doesn't explain this jihadist video from inside that mosque by Ibrahim Halawa where he states he is willing to die for the cause:
Well, he didn't die that day, but he was arrested and 3 years later he is still picking up soap inside the prison showers. However, according to the Irish and British media, he can only be a victim. First of all, they have removed all of the above information from their reporting on this Muslim Brotherhood thug. According to them, he is an innocent child arrested whilst on holiday. Isn't it funny how somebody who proclaims he is ready to die for his country (Egypt) is bitching about bending over in the prison showers? Also funny is how this so called Irish citizen flew out to Egypt on an... Egyptian passport which his sisters, holding yet another protest in Dublin, conveniently forgot to mention:
Well, the liberals are out in force yet again promoting the view that this man can only be a victim, that he wants to return to Ireland in which to continue his studies, and the Irish are racist for not doing as they are told to by the followers of the religion of peace. Shouting the loudest is the political wing of the IRA, which may explain why Ireland has become so polarised against the USA and Israel.
And to think that for years so many Americans supported the IRA financially, which, like all terrorist groups, has gone around and bit the hand that fed them by supporting Islamic terrorism.

(Clarion Project) The Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) is again showing its affection for the radical Jamaat-e-Islami group of Pakistan and Bangladesh, a group that it derived from. ICNA was the first to publicly mourn the death of a Jamaat-e-Islami leader and to defend his record, eliciting harsh criticism from some Muslims online.
Jamaat-e-Islami is essentially a branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. Both are Islamist groups with a history of support for terrorism and who intend to use electoral means to implement Sharia governance. Bangladesh is prosecuting Jamaat-e-Islami leaders for war crimes committed during the country’s 1971 war for independence from Pakistan. [...]
It mourns the death of Ghulam Azam, who led the Jamaat-e-Islami party in Bangladesh from 1991 to 2000. He was in prison after being convicted by a Bangladeshi tribunal on 61 war crimes charges.
Azam was the Ameer of the East Pakistan Jamaat-e-Islami during Bangladesh’s war for independence from Pakistan in 1971. He is accused of working with the Pakistani military in its offensives that killed an estimated 3 million people and resulted in the rapes of about a quarter-million women, according to various press accounts.
The Daily Star recounts his role in the atrocities as the Jamaat-e-Islami and its student wing formed pro-Pakistan militias. Its account includes a picture of Azam with Pakistani general known as “Butcher of Baluchistan.”
An unpublished report commissioned by David Cameron into the Muslim Brotherhood will link it to up to 60 charities, groups and even television channels operating in the UK.
(Telegraph) Downing Street is to order a crackdown on the Muslim Brotherhood and a network of Islamist groups accused of fuelling extremism in Britain and across the Arab world.
David Cameron launched an inquiry into the Brotherhood earlier this year, prompted by concerns it was stoking an Islamist ideology that had encouraged British jihadists to fight in Syria and Iraq.
Sir Richard Dearlove, the former head of MI6, who is an adviser to the review, is reported to have described it as “at heart a terrorist organisation”. The Brotherhood insists it is non-violent and seeks to impose Islamic rule only through democratic change. It has condemned Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (Isil) and al-Qaeda.
A senior source close to the inquiry said its report – compiled but not yet published – had identified “an incredibly complex web” of up to 60 organisations in Britain, including charities, think tanks and even television channels, with links to the Muslim Brotherhood, which will all now come under scrutiny.
The inquiry, aided by the security services, has also investigated its network abroad. One expert said that the Brotherhood was now operating from three major bases – London, Istanbul and Doha, the capital of Qatar.
Qatar, the wealthiest country in the world per head of population, has for 30 years been home to Yusuf al-Qaradawi, an Egyptian cleric in exile, often described as the Brotherhood’s spiritual leader. Qaradawi, who was banned from entering Britain in 2008, is accused of anti-Semitism, supporting Palestinian suicide bombers, condoning wife- beating and punishing homosexuals.
Qatar has found itself isolated from its Gulf neighbours – Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates – over its support of the Brotherhood during the Arab Spring. Qatar also funds Hamas, which was originally established as a Palestinian branch of the Egyptian Brotherhood and whose military wing is banned as a terrorist organisation by Britain, among others.
Dr Lorenzo Vidino, who is understood to have worked on the Cabinet Office report, presided over by Sir John Jenkins, Britain’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, said: “It is clear that the Brotherhood has many dark spots, ranging from its ambiguous relationship with violence to its questionable impact on social cohesion in Britain.”
The Government crackdown will stop short of outlawing the Muslim Brotherhood but action is expected to include:
Þ Investigations into charities that are effectively “fronts” for the Brotherhood;
Þ Inquiries into funding of the organisation and links to jihadi groups abroad;
Þ Banning clerics linked to the group from countries such as Qatar and Turkey from coming to Britain for rallies and conferences.
The source said: “We cannot ban the organisation, but that was never the intention of the review. We can go after single individuals, not for terrorist-related activity, but through the Al Capone method of law-enforcement. We cannot get them for terrorism but I bet you they don’t pay their taxes.
(IBT) A prominent Egyptian cleric has accused the Muslim Brotherhood of sanctioning 'anal jihad' for Islamic militants who are fighting in locations thousands of miles from their wives.
In his televised comments, which were broadcast by the al-Tahrir channel, the preacher Mazhar Shahin said the Muslim fighters are being authorised to freely practice homosexuality under the pretext of waging "jihad in the name of Allah."
The idea was compared with 'sex jihad' - where women are either kidnapped and forced to have intercourse or females who offer themselves to the fighters who are waging jihad. However, the Islamic cleric say the Muslim Brotherhood holy men's approval of homosexual acts is a "catastrophe".
According to the English translation of his remarks in a report on the Middle East Media Research Institute, preacher Shahin said: "We have recently heard of a new kind of jihad, called 'anal jihad'. Do you know what that is? They practice homosexuality with one another, thinking, wrongly, that this constitutes jihad for the sake of Allah."
He added: "The [Muslim Brotherhood] is a bunch of hopeless and desperate peddlers who have reached a state of foolishness, stupidity, filth, and so on – to the highest imaginable degree. This catastrophe – this 'anal jihad' – is proof of this. ... Now we are hearing about anal jihad, in which two men are permitted to perform this great sin – God forbid – with one another, because they are away from home and cannot have sex with their wives."
ISTANBUL (JPost) - Turkey would welcome senior figures from Egypt's outlawed Muslim Brotherhood after they were asked to leave Qatar under pressure from other Gulf Arab states, Turkish media quoted President Tayyip Erdogan as saying late on Monday.
A senior Brotherhood official based in London said on Saturday that Qatar had asked seven senior figures from the movement to leave the country after its neighbors pressed it to stop backing the Islamists.
Senior Brotherhood figures would be welcome to come to Turkey if they wished to do so, Turkish television stations quoted Erdogan as telling reporters on his plane back from an official visit to Qatar on Monday.
(New York) 3 days after the 13th anniversary of 9/11, American Muslims held their annual Muslim Day Parade. Now, for ages, the Muslims of the West have promoted the view that they are misunderstood, that they are the real victims of 9/11 and that at the end of the day they are a peaceful people.
Here are a couple of videos of that Muslim Day Parade, where the message they promoted to everybody was a vehicle with a manikin being hanged and a bunch of goons dressed in black. Oh, and a few anti-Israel posters. Funny enough, nothing berating ISIS or the like. You'd think that after the bloody murders of 2 Americans, they would have denounced those barbaric killings by shouting out:
"Not in my name!"
But they didn't, and that speaks volumes about Muslims living in America, never mind the West.
CAIRO (JPost) - An Egyptian court sentenced the Muslim Brotherhood's top official Mohamed Badie and 14 others to life in jail on Monday on charges of murder and inciting violence during a protest near Cairo last year.
The session had been designated for witness statements to be heard but the judge surprised journalists and others present by issuing a verdict.
Badie, the general guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, is among hundreds of the organization's members who have already been sentenced to death in mass trials that have drawn criticism from Western governments and human rights groups.
(Doha) The bad boy of the oil rich gulf states, Qatar, has earned itself a reputation of backing nefarious Islamic organisations, be it rebels in Libya, Hamas in Gaza or ISIS in Syria. It appears that the spoiled little rich boys in Doha are more than happy to spend their petro dollars on any cause which will give them that extra kudos that only the pious can give themselves.
Well, it appears that tiny little Qatar may have started taking notice how nobody else in the region likes them (Saudi Arabia/Egypt/Lebanon/UAE/Iraq/Syria), and so it has told the Muslim Brotherhood leadership, who sought shelter there after they became persona non grata in Egypt, to pack their bags and leave.
