Libya: Turkish involvement reverses LNA gains, resulting in Egypt issuing warning , continue and we enter the fray.

(Tripoli)  At the start of the year things didn't look too good for the Government of National Accord (GNA)  the so called UN sanctioned band of jihadi groups which after refusing to acknowledge the result of elections in June 2014 which they lost, took Tripoli and Misrata by force resulting in the elected Government  the House of representatives to seek shelter first Tobruk and then Benghazi where they tasked  Khalifa Haftar to take back the country with the Libyan National Army (LNA)

This he almost achieved when the lay of the land 6 months ago looked like this: (Blue being the GNA, brown being the LNA)

Today, with a little help from the Turks and at least 20000 imported Syrian jihadists, the lay of the land looks a lot healthier for the GNA . (Just for the info the maps show approx 1/6th of the total area of Libya)

The GNA with the support of the Turks are currently retaking lost ground, however they may have bitten off more than they can chew. As the Egyptians who have been massing  their military on the Libyan border for the past few weeks , have stated that if the GNA advance onto Sirte.(they are currently on the outskirts, they will enter Libya on the side of the LNA.

(Sinai) A IED attack claimed by ISIS on the Egyptian army has resulted in the deaths of 2 soldiers with another 8 injured . The attack took place on the coast road leading up to the city of Rafah

The propaganda arm of ISIS have released a picture of the attack on a BAE Caiman Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle (MRAP)  which no doubt mitigated the effects of the bomb blast

Uk: Egyptian found guilty of antisemitism

(St Albans) Last August , 20 year old  , Adam Cassidy saw red when he saw a Jewish family enjoying a coffee and decided to go on a anti Semitic rant  , throwing vile abuse resulting in him kicking the pram containing a baby.

Problem for Adam he was filmed and the otherday he was found guilty in court of being a racist thug. In his defence Cassidy claimed they called him a “dirty Arab” but as you can see he looks nothing like an like an arab, His brief Ali Hussain,  claimed that the slur was not motivated by racial hatred but was used as an equivalent to what his client had been called before recording started.

Cassidy, who grew up in Egypt and is the son of an English mother and a Turkish father, tried pleading not guilty to racially aggravated assault and to using the slur when he appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court. Unfortunately the courts were having none of his religious mandated Taqiya and he was found guilty of being a racist thug and has been ordered to return next month for sentencing , hopefully he will do a runner back to the mother country and save the tax man some cash.

Eygpt: Finds out the true cost of buying Chinese weapons

(Cario)  As a child I wanted to purchase some cheap aftershave advertised on the telly.

My mum took me to oneside and pointed out that often buying cheap means buying twice. I was pointed in the direction of the proper stuff, which whilst more expensive, actually works out cheaper due to its better projection/silage/longevity.

It appears that the military in Eygpt should have taken my mums advice as well. It's come out in the wash that of  around 10 Chinese CH-4B drones (Chinese version of the Reaper drone)  only 1 is in working condition,

Algeria, managed to dodge that bullet when it evaluated the CH4, when after 2 of the trial vehicles crashed they closed their cheque book. Don't know how the Saudi Arabians feel after they handed over $10 billion for the chinese to build a factory in the country building them. No doubt they will get better, but that will take time

Egypt: 12 Terrorists killed in shoot out after bomb attack on tourist bus.

(Cairo) 17 South African tourists were injured yesterday when their bus was targeted by a roadside bomb in Giza near the pyramids. In response the Egyptian police raided a couple of locations and quickly found themselves under fire from the locals . A little bit of return fire resulted in 12 dead Muslim brotherhood terrorists.

(Cairo)  A failed attack on a police patrol last friday, saw police across the capital searching for the gunmen behind the attack. Monday evening one of the suspects was spotted and police gave chase, unfortunately for all, an explosive device which the suspect was carried prematurely detonated killing the suspect and 2 police officers giving chase close to the Al-Azhar mosque.

Egypt: 14 terrorists killed in Sinai

(el-Arish) Egyptian security forces killed 14 terrorists and seized a ton of explosives in an operation in the restive northern part of the Sinai Peninsula outside the city of el-Arish, adding that the extremists had intended to plant roadside bombs in areas between there and the cities of Rafah and Sheikh Zuweyid.Other weapons caches including explosives were found in the more central Sinai Jabal al-Halal mountain area.

Egypt:tourist bus bomb attack: Four dead and 11 injured

(Cairo) Four Vietnamese tourists and an Egyptian guide have been killed and 11 other people injured when a bomb was detonated as it passed by on Friday. The explosion took place on a road just off from the world famous pyramids. A statement issued by the Interior Ministry reported:

"An improvised explosive device was hidden next to a wall" which went off around 6.15pm local time."

As is usually the case with attacks on innocent people across the Islamic world, no immediate claim of responsibility was reported.

The four were killed in an exchange of gunfire with policemen who had been using a building that was under construction as a hideout.

(Cairo):  It was reported on Tuesday that eight terrorists and two soldiers had been killed amid the ongoing security “Sinai 2018” operations in the Sinai Peninsula.

Around 200 terrorists and at least 35 soldiers have been killed, since the security operation was launched in February after the terrorist attack on a mosque last November which killed over 300 people.

Egypt: Government hits back at terrorists behind failed assassination attempt.

(Alexandria)  The Egyptian government hit back at the Islamic terrorists behind yesterdays failed attempt to assassinate Mostafa El-Nemr the  military security chief for the city of Alexandria which saw two soldiers killed as a car bomb was detonated as his convoy passed by.

Which is why this morning at dawn security forces raided a residential apartment in Beheira governorate, around 89 kilometres from the Mediterranean city which witnessed Saturday's attack. In the ensuring shoot out 6 Hasm terrorists were killed. It appears the Egyptians had prepared themselves for a surge in violence before the country goes to the vote in 2 days time.

(Cairo) On the 9^th of February 2018, the Egyptian armed forces launched a large counter-terrorism campaign focusing on northern and central Sinai and parts of the Nile Delta.  It was set in motion by President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi  after the Al-Rawda mosque attack in November 2017, which saw 311 people murdered .

All schools throughout North Sinai were cancelled as of the following day, and university semesters were postponed. Gas stations in Arish were banned from pumping fuel to civilian vehicles. All Suez Canal crossings were closed. On the border with Gaza, the recently reopened Rafah Border Crossing was closed indefinitely by the Egyptian government until further notice.The results has been:

• 158 targets destroyed through air strikes,
• 413 targets destroyed by artillery.
• 71 terrorists killed,
• 1,852 people suspected or wanted over criminal charges or for supporting Islamic State (IS) arrested.
• 1,282 storerooms used by terrorists found.
• 393 explosive devices found and destroyed.
• 112 cars used by terrorists destroyed
• 269 motorcycles used by terrorists destroyed.

The military have stated that 7 soldier have been killed and another 6 injured in carrying out the above. Whilst the operation will go some way in which to quieten down the region , the liberals aren't happy (never have been since the Muslim Brotherhood were removed at the behest of the people) with Amnesty International crying foul play over how a cluster munition found in a terrorist camp ammo store is deemed to be proof that the Egyptians are killing terrorists with Cluster bombs. What the ethical latte crowd haven't mentioned is that Egypt hasn't signed up to the Convention on Cluster Munitions. I'm not saying that Egypt is in the wrong for not doing so, but Russia and Syria have bombed the crap out of Syria these past few years with cluster munitions and AI and the like haven't said a fucking word. Israel,: Egypt sign $15bn natural gas purchase agreement

(Jerusalem)  Israeli company, Delek Drilling, has signed  a 10-year deal, worth $15bn (£10.7bn), to provide natural gas to Egypt. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has hailed the deal.

“I welcome this historical agreement,” he was quoted as saying in a statement released by his office. It will bring billions of dollars into state coffers, which can later be spent on education, health services and welfare for the benefit of Israel’s citizens,"

The irony here is only a few years ago the Muslim Brotherhood cancelled a gas deal which saw Egypt supplying Israel with gas, apparently the locals weren't happy selling gas to the jews. 

Egypt: 53 terrorists killed and 680 arrested in security operation

(Cairo) Egypt’s military and police forces said Thursday they  have killed 53 Islamist militants and arrested 680 suspects in a week-long offensive to crush insurgents that is focused on the restive Sinai Peninsula.

The security operation, which involved the army, navy, airforce and police, began last Friday and targeted “terrorist and criminal elements and organizations” in north and central Sinai, parts of the Nile delta and the western desert, has seen the air force, carry out more than 100 airstrikes in northern and central Sinai since the operation began, which has focused on terrorist hideouts outside residential areas to avoid hitting civilians. Ground based security forces have forces have destroyed over 1000 kg (2205 lbs) of explosives, 378 militant hideouts and weapon storage facilities including a media centre used by the terrorists.

Egypt: Foreign ministry bitch slaps Turkey.

(Cairo) Egypt warned on Wednesday against any attempts to infringe or disparage its sovereign rights in the eastern Mediterranean’s Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), following statements by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu that a 2003 maritime border demacration agreement between Egypt and Cyprus was invalid.

Egypt foreign ministry spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid said that any attempts to breach Egypt’s rights were "unacceptable" and would be contested, slamming Cavusoglu's statements.

On Tuesday, Turkish FM Cavusoglu told the Greek daily newspaper Kathimerini in an interview that his country considers the maritime border demarcation agreement "null and void, according to international law."

"Turkey has submitted to the UN its objection to the Egyptian-Greek Cypriot agreement of 2003 regarding to the so-called 'Delimitation of the Exclusive Economic Zone. After thorough examination, we have clearly stated that the agreement violates Turkey’s continental shelf, No foreign country, company, or vessel may conduct any unauthorized hydrocarbon or scientific research activity on Turkey’s continental shelf."

With that self proclamation amendment of international law as taken out of the Chinese rule book . Turkey intends to search for hydrocarbons in Cypriot and Egyptian waters and no doubt will be sending in their Navy to bully others. Problem is Eygpt isn't having any of it.

In a nutshell, what Turkey is saying is, what is mine is mine and what is yours is also mine.

Egypt: Another Christian shot dead

(Sinai) Whilst the Islamic world  and its sycophants contain to play the victim card for the worlds Muslims at the hands of non-Muslims. Three masked gunmen shot dead 35-year-old Coptic Christian Bassem Attallah. in the north of the Sinai Peninsula on Saturday in the latest attack on the beleaguered Christian minority.

Egypt: 8 Terrorists shot dead during Police raid.

(el-Arish ) Egyptian security forces have killed eight  jihadists in a shootout in the restive northern Sinai Peninsula after they raided a terrorist hideout.

The Interior Ministry said Tuesday the firefight broke out when the forces raided a suspected hideout in el-Arish city, stating that the operation targeted terrorists who were planning attacks targeting security forces, five automatic rifles, ammunition and a couple of IEDs were found at the scene.

Egypt: ISIS declares war on Hamas

(North Sinai) In a battle to see who is the biggest bunch of pricks in the land the IS affiliated-group ‘Sinai Province’ based in North Sinai vowed in a video message to target Hamas across the way in Gaza. In the 22-minute video  the group vowed in a unprecedented threat to target Hamas  and said they consider the group to be apostates. (Muslims use the term ‘Apostates, to legitimise their bloodletting as it is sanctioned in the Koran for Muslims to legally murder those who have left the faith) accused Hamas of “infidelity.”  And stated that Hamas has engaged in a security co-operation with Egyptian authorities against ‘Sinai Province.’

“The apostates of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt pursued the false peace doctrine, sold the blood of their followers and challenged the jihad and its people, and behind them the Hamas gang pushed them into solitary confinement in prisons,”

 After venting their spleen for the camera, a group of masked gunmen dressed in paramilitary clothes threw a man wearing the death garb that IS routinely executes people in before them, before buggerlugs explained their excuse for murder.

This man called Musa Abu Zammat was in the ranks of the Mujahideen [part of Sinai Province], but he helped the infidels and handed over weapons to the apostates affiliated to the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades (the military wing of Hamas.)

At this a young thug ired two bullets at the head of Abu Zammat, while the others yelled Allah Akubar. All this death and destruction simply to earn the title 'Leader of the gang' 

Egypt :Terrorists attacks liquor shop 2 Christians murdered.

(Giza)  The continuing onslaught against Christians inside Egypt,  continued today when 3 Gunmen shot up a Coptic Christian Liquor store.

Two brothers, Ashraf and Adel, who owned  the spare parts store next door were killed as they helped the 60 year old owner of the liquor store to move stock from his vehicle into the store.

As mentioned at the top, these people who carry out such acts are terrorists, because they use acts of violence in which to terrorise the people whom they target. Yet according to the left, such is term is a loaded one and in using it, sends the wrong message, so instead they use the term..Militants and at a stroke the ugliness of radical religious bigotry is whitewashed.  

Egypt: 15 Terrorists executed.

(Cairo)  In a move destined to infuriate the ethical latte drinkers out there, Egypt gave 15 lucky jihadists a somewhat belated Christmas present by stretching their necks for carrying out crimes against the state.. 

The men arrested after carrying out attacks on Egyptian security forces in the Sinai Peninsula in 2013, were found guilty by a military court which issued the sentences and carried out the executions simultaneously at Borj al-Arab and Wadi al-Natroun prisons. Sorry I have no time in trying to rehabilitate thugs like this.
