Muslim taxi driver sacked after refusing to carry passengers with an unopened bottle of wine

(Manchester) Adrian Cartwright booked a taxi to take his wife and daughter to an Indian restaurant for an evening out. However, when they boarded the taxi, the driver noticed that they had an unopened bottle of white wine in a bag, and playing the "it's against my religion card" he kicked them out.

Unfortunately for Allah's little taxi driver, Mr Cartwright wasn't going to let this rest and complained to the taxi company, and within 30 minutes, Allah's little helper was sacked.

Hopefully, this will send the message to Islamic taxi drivers that not only do they live in a free and democratic society, but that the vast majority of their customers are non-Islamic.
