(Kuwait) On Monday the 2nd March 2026, the US lost 3 F15E fighter jets flying over Kuwait to Kuwaiti friendly fire. Apprantly the Kuwaiti Air defence IFF System failed to recognise the US fighters as friendly during a Iranian UAV attack and proceeded to launch Patriot missiles at them, resulting in the shootdown of three of them. All the pilots ejected and have been accounted for.

Newly released video shows locals in Kuwait approaching and offering to help one of the pilots of one of the U.S. Air Force F-15E Strike Eagles that was downed this morning in a “friendly fire” incident over Kuwait.
