(Beirut) Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri has resigned during a trip
to Saudi Arabia In a televised address from Riyadh, Hariri attacked Iran and its
puppet Hezbollah over their meddling in Arab affairs
"The evil that Iran spreads in the region will backfire on it,"
His surprise resignation is expected to sharply raise
tensions in the country. In his speech, he stated that he feared for his life
and that the atmosphere in the country is similar to the one that existed
before his father, the late prime minister Rafik Hariri, who was assassinated
in 2005 by Hezbollah.
