Brussels: Suffers city wide black out

Its just been reported that the entire city of Brussels is in the midst of a power cut:

The sounds of police sirens have been heard across the city as Belgian security personnel reinforce main sites across Brussels as the blackout causes chaos and the opportunity for mischief.
