It seems that penny pinching in building aircraft shelters at Hamdan Military Airbase Deir ez Zor has ended up costing more in the long run.
Not only that, but a simply hide from view screen would have saved a couple of Syrian Aero L-39 Albatros aircraft from going out with a bang.
