Glad there is non-biased evidence to tell me what I already knew. Israel is not that careless. They are only attacking targets where mortars or rockets originate from. (and Tunnels) They are one of the most impressively trained and disciplined military forces on the planet. Ask any US GI that has ever trained or been around them. I have.
