(Caucasus) reports are coming from both sides of Nagorno-Karabakh that the ceasefire which came into play last week between Armenia and Azerbaijan has been broken with both side playing the victim card. Seeing as Azerbaijan has everything to win and Armenia everything to lose, add the vastly different arms budgets (In 2014 Azerbaijans military budget was $1 billion higherthan Armenia’s entire state budget,) I'll put money on the table that Baku is the one breaking the ceasefire.
