Lebanese man survives suicide attempt when he sets himself on fire and jumps off bridge

(Beirut) A man was caught on video (actually, lot's of videos) during a failed suicide attempt when in front of hundreds of people, he climbed up onto a traffic bridge, set himself on fire and then jumped 30 feet to the ground. He survived.

Lebanon's Civil Defense released a statement says the man was in his 30s and suffered from “serious burns.” However, it underlined that he survived and was moved to Geitawi Hospital in Ashrafieh.
