Well, Gary (window licker) McKinnon, the person in question who only became diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome months after the Americans asked for him to be shipped over to the US, has for some strange reason refused a medical examination by the British Government in which to ascertain his so called medical condition.
Yup, it seems that appeal after appeal (all lost), this plank who has promoted this vision that he is the victim here, has suddenly decided that he won't admit to any medical tests in which to prove that actually he is a window licker after all.
