It will also happen in the West, all religions, and above all Atheists, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, and then Christians, will get it in the neck, quite literally, and in that order.

But that does not mean that we regard Muslims as our enemies. Our response must be just and righteous, never failing from our values of compassion to all, but never compromising on our principles, on grounds of "tolerance".
