(Batman) Fevzi Taş didn't take too kindly to the fact that a family refused him permission to marry their daughter. So, picking up his shotgun, he hunted down several members of the family and murdered them in the village of Batman in Turkey.
The dead included four women and two 11-year-old children. Fevzi Taş was detained by gendarmerie troops following the attack, while his family, fearing reprisal, fled the village.
