(Pansi) A Burkina Faso church on the border with Niger was attacked over
the weekend resulting in 24 people being killed.
The attack took place on Sunday during a weekly service at a Protestant church in the village of Pansi in Yagha, a volatile province near the border with Niger. This attacks follows the murder of a retired pastor and the abduction of another pastor by gunmen last week in the same area.
