(Düsseldorf) Three Syrian men suspected of planning an attack in Düsseldorf for ISIS have been arrested in Germany. The plot was thankfully thwarted by a fourth suspect, who went to French authorities with details on this planned attack earlier this year.
The three men identified only as Hamza C., 27; Mahmood B., 25; and Abd Arahman A. K., 31 were arrested in three different German states.
Their plan called for two suicide attackers to blow themselves up in central Düsseldorf (Heinrich-Heine-Allee) and then for further assailants to kill as many people as possible using firearms and explosives in the confusion.
As somebody who lived in Dusseldorf for 6 years, I am happy that these idiots have been taken off the streets.
