(US) Police who had been called out to an incident in the town of town of Fredericksburg last Saturday heard the sound of breaking glass coming from the local church. So, as they do in the films, they surrounded the place and were shocked to see a door come flying through a church window.
Expecting young thugs, the police were surprised that the thug was actually a British Royal Marine officer who had been out drinking earlier that night. Lucky for 22-year-old Welshman Edmund Whitehead (more like dickhead), the police didn't shoot him and simply arrested him. As he was been lead away, he decided to spit in the face of a policeman. Which is why the dickhead is being charged with burglary, destruction of property, and assault on law enforcement.
What a prick, the only good news is he will be made to pay for his desecration of a house of worship, and then asked to resign his commission.
An officer and a gentleman indeed... Not.
