(Karachi) A suicide bomber who attempted to attack a check point at
the Karachi-Baluchistan border just outside Karachi was shot dead as he attempted to rush the army
post last night.
At around 7:45pm on Saturday, troops manning a checkpoint on the lookout for a suspected suicide bomber (Based on a tip off) spotted a young man trying to rush towards them. They warned him to stop and when he didn't, they opened fire At that very instant, the suspect blew himself up in injuring a couple of soldiers . Fortunately, the suicide jacket only partially exploded reducing the risk to others in the area, but not the idiot looking for ali's snack bar.
