(Blackburn) The Blackburn Muslim Associations ,Department of Theology, has issued guidelines on its website that include the following statements:
1) it is “not permissible” for a woman to go
more than 48 miles – deemed to be the equivalent of three days walk - without
her husband or a close male relative.
2) Men must grow beards and are not to shave
them.
Can somebody please explain why in a country that affords equality to the fairer sex, why the authorities allow bigots like this to continue to be sexist, bigoted and racist, without anybody taking them, to task.
