(Gaza) For years, the Palestinians, the left and certainly the Islamic world have demanded that Palestinians be defended from Israel by deploying International troops. Why, just last month protesters in Britain were demanding that the UK send RFA Argus (hospital ship) to Gaza.
Well, with the possibility that the above could become reality, it has been dropped. Why? Because Hamas, has stated that it doesn't want an international force on the ground in Gaza. I quote:
