Smart diplomacy FAIL: Iran claims it has circumvented oil sanctions

TEHRAN (AP) — Iran’s oil minister claimed Sunday his country has successfully overcome sanctions on the sale of its oil, state TV reported.

Couldn't possibly be due to all those exemptions the Obama administration keeps doling out, could it?
