(Kenya) A suspect suicide bomber managed to kill himself and wound 9 others when a grenade he was carrying detonated outside an air force base in Kenya. The incident transpired hours before US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in the country.
(Algeria) Three policemen were shot dead on the country's border with Morocco Thursday night.
