(Afghanistan) 8 people were killed when some stupid idiot decided to set off a roadside bomb as a passenger bus went by. The resulting explosion also injured 7 people. Elsewhere, 18 terrorists met their maker, while in a separate incident another roadside bomb killed a police chief and his 3 bodyguards when terrorist detonated a bomb they had fixed to a donkey.
(Pakistan) 4 policemen were killed and 12 people injured when peaceful idiots detonated a bomb as they passed by in their car.
(Bangladesh) It seems that the playing of a loudspeaker outside a mosque by one religious group offended the sensibilities of another religious group who also used the same mosque. So in the good, old-fashion Islamic tradition of peaceful negotiation, they had a fight during which one person was killed and 2 injured. Nice to see followers of the peaceful faith subscribing to the crap they tell everybody else about Ramadan being a time of peaceful reflection.
(Nigeria) Meanwhile in Nigeria, peaceful followers of Islam in the northern half of the country attacked a church, killing 20 people and injuring many others.
(Iraq) 2 separate attacks saw 4 policemen killed. The first was a gun attack on a police post in the city of Mosul, killing 3 policemen. The other saw a car bomb detonated as a police patrol went by, killing 1 and injuring 5. Also in Baghdad gunmen with silenced weapons shot dead 2 government workers. and in the Northern city of Baiji a motorcycle bomb killed a policeman and injured 4 others.
