Two British councillors who failed to pay their council tax cannot be named because it will 'cause them distress' and 'infringe their human rights'

(Bolton) For 2 years, two British councillors who serve the people of Bolton, got away with not paying their council tax. But when the local newspaper got a hold of this story, they chased it down and saw both thieving gits pay their arrears in full.

However (and a big however), when the Bolton News tried to name these two scum bags (one Conservative and the other Labour), Judge Robin Challender Smith and two tribunal members decided the councillors’ names should not be released as it would cause the two councillors distress and infringe their human rights.

You couldn't make it up in a month of Sundays, could you?
