Saudi survey finds sexual harassment plaguing the country blamed on the "deliberate flirtatious behavior" of women

(Saudi Arabia) The Saudis, like normal people the world over (when they are not beheading women or funding terrorism), want to know the answer to certain social questions. The current one being the increase of cases of sexual harassment. So they got the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue in Riyadh to carry out a survey, and they found that 80% of people questioned in a national survey blamed the scourge of sexual harassment plaguing the country on the "deliberate flirtatious behavior" of women.

For purposes of clarity, where it quotes 80% of people, that should actually be read as 80% of men.
