An A10 Warthog? Hello? That's an aircraft! Why is it not moving? Something is fishy about this video.

Have a look at the video again, notice something about the direction of the gunfire..it goes across the screen pointing in the direction that the A10 wasn't the camera carrying vehicle. But for your benefit I will avail you to what is used by ISAF in which to capture the bad guys on film:
UAVs including hovering aircraft.
Balloons containing cameras anybody who has visited kandahar could not fail to notice the huge blimp in the sky which can see as far as 20 miles away
