(Diyarbakır) A 40-year-old mentally handicapped woman, who was forced by her 24-year-old neighbour, İbrahim to have sex over a two-year period because he told her if she didn't he would kill her and her children, saw the rapist walk free from court when the local authority decided to hold her case when the only female judge in the area was on leave. Which is why the court ruled:
