(Mogadishu) Four people were killed, including a senior government
official, when a car bomb exploded close to a checkpoint near Somalia's
parliament in the capital Mogadishu on Wednesday. Apparently the driver of the vehicle
was trying to sneak the V-IED past the check point when he was discovered, he
decided to utter allah ackba killing the brave soldiers manning the check
point. 15 people nearby were also injured
Islamist group Al-Shabaab have claimed the attack
