Ramadan Death Count: Syria, 09/06/17

(Daraa) Syrian government bombardments of the al-Balad area of the city from midnight to this morning, followed up by the dropping of 25 barrel bombs has resulted in the deaths of 3 people.

(Idlib province) A dispute between the Syrian terrorist groups Al-Sham Corps, Division 13 and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham in in Maarrat Al-Nu’man city, saw 5 terrorists killed and many injured.

(al-Bokamal) The acute paranoia which is ingrained within ISIS saw them carry out a mass execution in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, of 8 young men simply because they believed they were passing on information to the enemy.

(Al-Raqqa) 2 people have been killed due to artillery strikes against ISIS and 1 was killed due to a landmine explosion in the north-western countryside of al-Raqqa.

(al-Mayadin) 2 ISIS thugs were killed after an air strike on their checkpoint.

(Tafs) 4 people have been killed due to Syrian government artillery strikes on the town of Tafs in the northwestern countryside of Daraa city.

(Al-Raqqah city) 6 people have been killed due to the detonation of a land mine situated to the West of Al-Raqqah.

(Azaz) 1 man was killed due to been hit by a mortar round in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Note: Due to the siege on the ISIS capital al-Raqqah, ISIS has laid thousands of land mines on the outskirts which have been claiming lots of civilian casualties.

Ramadan death toll stands at 2,439.
