The Battle for Fallujah (June 6, 2016)

(Iraq) The other day, I knocked out a little something in which to help illuminate and explain the current battle for Fallujah. Well, since Monday, Iraqi forces have pushed ISIS back from the outlying areas and now have them corralled in the city proper. Humanitarian corridors have been opened up, in which to allow civilians to exit, but ISIS forces have ensured (by use of deadly force) that these civilians remain, in which to act as human shields. The only flaw in that train of thought is that the civilians are primarily Sunni (as are ISIS) and the Iraqi forces facing them are... Shia. Anyway, even with ISIS counter attacks, they are losing and, hopefully very soon, these ISIS religious bigots will be removed from the city of Fallujah.
